Today,I am a we, in the Film Production Business. We are ed as a New York State Corporation and a Federal Production Company with the Government. I (We) shall be moving forward with a 2 part production in Saratoga, N.Y. We shall be offering stock, in a private offering ,here in New York State. A potential investor can touch his or her investment with us. The money is out in the open and not in some Mutual Fund. An investment in a film, is an investment in the Art World. The New York State Parks Department has been notified as to our location shooting on Public Land, and we shall have the appropriate permits. Tony Cee has started negotiations with a Wayne Newton Representative. Wayne has been booked by Tony Cee Associates before, but for a concert only. Wayne will be asked to accept a part as a co-star. I have much faith in Tony Cee. Tony booked Robert Goulet and Frank Sinatra as well as Boston, and Jefferson Starship, plus Thousands of groups in his 40 years as a Talent Agent. We now plan to shoot the full length Movie and two shorts at the same time. My first boss was Doc Farone of Saratoga, N.Y. and he worked for Meyer Lansky also. I adopted Saratoga 42 years ago and have my name on seats at the POLO GROUNDS. We shall be shooting at the Polo Fields also, and look forward to that. I know how involved Wayne Newton is with horses and I know he will enjoy the Track in his off hours. I will be looking for a good director and have high hopes of finding one either here or in Europe. I would give Roman Polansky a nod, but he still has personal problems in the USA. I shall start advertising soon in the Trades and in Fest.com. Our theme music has been chosen and I shall be talking about it to all of you next week. I will be asking a very lovely Diva of Music to our cast. I look forward to telling you all.
